Frozen Chopped Celery are the products prepared from the clean, sound, succulent, and edible fresh stalks of the celery plant (Apium graveolens), by washing, cleaning, trimming, chopping, blanching, draineing and then freezing in accordance with good manufacturing procedure (GMP) and HACCP, ISO, HALAL, BRC system, packaging and storage under conditions of stringent hygiene.
