Frozen Eggplant are prepared from safe and fresh Eggplant. Through washing, cleaning, sorting, chopping, blanching, and are freezing in accordance with good manufacturing procedure (GMP) and HACCP, ISO, HALAL, BRC system, packaging and storage under conditions of stringent hygiene.


IQF Eggplant chopped in different size of cut, dice and slice, which are well colored, firm, clean, well shaped, and which are free from decay and worm holes and free from injury caused by scars, freezing, disease, insects, or mechanical or other means.
